USNS Fall River (T-EPF-4) is the fourth Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport, which is part of the United States Military Sealift Command.Fall River was built by Austal USA in Mobile, Alabama.

In 2010, Sirius was approved to carry and deploy boarding parties. This capability was tested during Exercise Kakadu 10, along with the ship's first ever dual replenishment.
