As the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) released the list of top 20 companies that engaged in labor-only contracting, the Makabayan bloc filed a resolution on Tuesday seeking congressional probe on the rampant contractualization of employment in the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA).
