Unihealth-Baypointe Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. (UBHMCI) is a privately owned and controlled corporation registered in September 20, 2006 initially as Baypointe Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. (BHMCI) under SEC Registration Number CS200614900 with initial authorized capital of Php.40,000,000.00. The name was later amended as Unihealth-Baypointe Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. and its authorized capital increased to Php.60,000,000.00. UBHMC is a level II hospital with a DOH-authorized eighty-seven (87) bed capacity offering 24 hours quality medical, surgical, diagnostic and therapeutic services to fulfill and satisfy all the needs of its customer – patients, physicians, and corporate organizations.
The hospital services includes the provision of Emergency Medical Care, In-Patient/Out-patient Surgical and General Medical Services. It offers the following facilities: Intensive Care Unit, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Automated Laboratory, Blood Bank, Cancer Treatment Unit, Radiology, Heart Station, Pulmonary, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dialysis, Hearing Station, Eye Center, OB-Gyne Ultrasound, CT-Scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, C-Arm, Mammography and Dental services.
UBHMC ensures that its services conform to its customers’ requirements. As a means of implementing and demonstrating the defined processes, it has established, documented and maintains a management system covering the applicable requirements of ISO. Therefore UBHMC has been certified for Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2004 – Environmental system and OHSAS 18001:2007 – Occupation Health and Safety).
UBHMC is also accredited by Philhealth as Center of Quality.
