Condemnation of abandoned and other seized contrabands have been made public as ordered by Customs Commissioner Isidro Lapeña for transparency.

The destruction of the abandoned and forfeited goods was led by lawyer Enrico Turingan, Deputy Collector for Operations of the Port of Subic.
