The Industry
The local business environment lacks stable, competent and trustworthy individuals/practitioners to assist businessmen with their requirements. These services include assistance during company registration, development of finance employees, reportorial compliance with government agencies requirements, visa processing, etc. These businessmen most of the time fall prey to opportunists, fraudulent, irresponsible, illegal and corrupt practitioners. The error results oftentimes to costly penalties or worst company failure that will ultimately lead to closure or bankruptcy and worst scenario is the disappointment of investors leading to withdrawal of investment. The projection is, to make available to the investor/capitalist a pool of professionals locally who can help them in their requirements at reasonable price.
At the end, the government will also be the winner, since businesses will be guided properly in complying with regulations and subsequently paying the correct taxes.
