Dayrit’s Kitchen Shoreline Dining provides guests with exceptional dining experience including a striking view of the bay in an early morning breakfast or the stunning sunset while having dinner with your loved ones. We offer a variety of Filipino and Spanish dishes to suit your taste. Our unique menu has just the right items for all occasions at a scenic location. Our shoreline restaurant is open to the public and resort guests. Everyone is welcome to enjoy and dine and enjoy the taste of our delicious food along the beach.

Dayrit’s Kitchen also offers catering services for small group or large banquets. Plated buffets and snacks are delectable. Catering services are available at the shoreline coffee bar, restaurant or function room. We can also arrange special meals in an air-conditioned dining room.

We serve fresh local fish and shrimps, including boneless and smoked Milkfish from Sarangani Bay, fresh Mussels from Bataan and Salmon from Norway. All our food items are fresh and well prepared. The Spanish dishes are appetizing which everyone should really try. We also serve Filipino signature dishes and all time favorites such as Pinakbet, Kare- kare and Bulalong Baka. We also offer crisp fresh salads for vegetarians and diet conscious guests. And there is the refreshing chilled fresh buko in a shell.

We are open whole year round from breakfast to dinner. We have a spectacular view of the calm waters of Subic Bay. Our coffee bar is located right at the shoreline and offers a great view of Cinco Picos Mountain.
Our guests can either enjoy the view from the coffee bar and lie down on a sun drenched siesta bed on the shoreline, or just lie down on the sand and enjoy the moment, while grabbing some of our Banana Turon or Pita Pocket sandwich.
