Cork Room Bar And Restaurant

In 1973, the first Corkroom opened along the National Highway in Kalaklan Olongapo City. Thriving on good, clean fun, anchored on live folk music and excellent folk singers and musicians, Corkroom was the first to introduce Draft Beer in the city and took pride in having “The Best Margarita in Town”. The resounding success of the first Corkrookm in Kalaklan led its owner Frankie Barretto to open Corkroom Cellar in 1979 along Ramon Magsaysay Drive and the Corkroom Attic in 1987 followed by Cokroom Baguio in 1988. Customers both foreign and local developed various attachment to Corkroom that many considered it their second home. The resulting economic slowdown in the city with the U.S. Military’s pull-out from Subic earlier took its toll on Corkroom, however, leading to its temporary hiats. And now, Corkroom is in it’s permanent home… continuing to provide you good food and great music as always Corkroom Subic… Where friends and family meet.
