Magsaysay donated a 300-hectare lot for the site of the new provincial capitol building. On hand to witness the occasion were Vice Gov. Angel Magsaysay (2nd from left); Congresswoman Cheryl Deloso-Montalla of the 2nd District of Zambales, and a representative of the contractor, Alloy MTD.
